Ethical Policy

The 3rd International Conference on Intelligent Cyber Physical Systems and Internet of Things ICoICI 2025 is committed to maintaining the highest ethical standards in research, publication, and presentation. We expect all participants, including authors, reviewers, organizers, and attendees, to adhere to the following ethical guidelines.

Ethical Guidelines

Honesty and Integrity:

All research and contributions must be conducted with honesty and integrity. Plagiarism, fabrication, falsification, and other forms of academic misconduct are strictly prohibited.

Authorship:

Authorship should be based on significant contributions to the research. All authors must have participated in the research and writing process to justify their inclusion.

Plagiarism:

Authors must properly cite and reference sources. Plagiarism, including self-plagiarism >5%, is unacceptable. The similarity index of submitted papers should be less than 15%.

Conflicts of Interest:

Participants must disclose any potential conflicts of interest that could influence their research, presentations, or decision-making processes. It should be included after the conclusion and before the reference section.

Peer Review:

Reviewers are expected to conduct fair and impartial reviews. Confidential information from submissions must be kept confidential.

Data and Image Integrity:

Researchers must maintain the integrity of data and images used in their work. Data manipulation and image manipulation that misrepresent research results are not tolerated.

Misconduct Reporting

If anyone suspects or is aware of any ethical violations or misconduct related to ICoICI 2025, please report it to the conference organizers immediately. We take such reports seriously and will investigate and address them appropriately.

Consequences

Violations of these ethical guidelines may result in various consequences, including but not limited to rejection of submissions, disqualification from presenting, and exclusion from future ICoICI events. In extreme cases, legal actions may be pursued.

ICoICI 2025 values the ethical conduct of all its participants to maintain the credibility and integrity of the conference. We trust that all attendees will contribute to the success of the conference by adhering to these ethical principles and standards.
